Wlan doesn't work on notebook?

The connection on my cell phone is great. The notebook is around 4 months old and has only been that way for a month. But when I connect my cell phone hotspot to it, everything goes great

Are you sure that your cell phone uses Wi-Fi, because cell phones don't have a mobile network for nothing. Especially since almost everyone has a flat rate. The switchover is absolutely not necessary.

I don't have Windows, I have a Chromebook. I have just carried out a connection diagnosis and it says: Warning for access portal and firewall and DNS and Google services failed. Does this have a meaning?
