I would like to watch anime on my laptop but since I can't get Netflix on my laptop I need legal and free sites (since I'm a minor it must be free) I have already tried crunchyroll but it is only 14 days free.

You got it wrong at Crunchyroll. Only if you want a subscription can you only be free for 14 days. If you want to forego a subscription, you can also use Crunchyroll with some advertising.
So I would recommend Crunchyroll to you.

You can watch all episodes except the one with a crown sign.
Some anime are only for premium, you can see by this sign, otherwise new episodes always come 1 week later, for the free version

Most of the episodes that can only be viewed as a premium user are a star. Take a look at One piece as an example. There's a star behind the episode and that means that you can't watch with your free version. There are also lots without stars. For example, Naruto Shippuden is completely free, but only with advertising. Hope I could help you ^^
