It depends on which regions have the DVDs.
US, Canada and US outdoor territories

A Region 1 DVD can only be played on DVD players of the first region, and so on.
Not all DVD's go everywhere. That's why region. Only DVD's released for a region are only there.
If the DVDs are for Region 2, it's no problem. Even if, you can change the region of the player at least s.Pc.
