I recommend the free Gimp program. With this program you can't only change certificates for scientific reasons, but also, for example, pay slips, Schufa information and much more. To make it look as genuine as possible from a scientific point of view, I recommend that you copy the letters or, for notes, the numbers from another part of the same document individually and then arrange them again at the required position so that it ultimately results in the word or the number you need. Of course, only for scientific purposes.
