New Steam Account Games?

I created a new Steam account on my laptop today (on my PC I'm logged in with my correct account)
I used a different email, but the library shows 3 games that I seem to own. It says "From the library of my main account".
Now I ask myself why. I don't want the Steam Account to have the same TradeLink etc. As my Main.
Is it because of the IP?

Is family sharing enabled?

You can check this under the Steam settings.

Otherwise I would not be aware that Steam would know which accounts you are still using.
