My laptop always shows me the blue screen below. I've rebooted it several times, completely freed all disks from data and also made all other options in the "repair menu", which sometimes appears when auromatous restart. I do not know what to do anymore… What else can you do (except to go to the expensive specialist)
Most likely a driver problem with the driver of your graphics card, try installing a different driver version.
Well - blind actionism and gone are the data - and unnecessarily.
Such a blue screen indicates a hardware defect - as the error message shows, has something to do with your graphics card.
So reading has its advantage before deleting hard disks.
Since this is a laptop you should contact a computer service. If there's something to save, then there must be a professional ran.
To test whether it is the hardware, I would boot from a Linux Mint Live DVD, Windows is not started, but the more stable Mint. If everything is stable (LibreOffice, Thunderbird Mail, Internet…) then the computer is fine but Windows is unable to operate the computer. In this case, Linux can be installed next to Win or alone by clicking on Install (on the Mint Live Desktop).
This is so easy that creates every beginner. The free download of the DVD image is downloadable as an ISO file on linuxmint.com with description.
All my laptops run wonderfully with the elegant and virus-proof Mint - which also does not need a virus scanner to survive.
