Yesterday I recorded a video on my smartphone. Now I have the problem that this file has exceeded the size of 25 MB and thus can't be sent. I want to transfer this file from my smartphone to my laptop.

To exchange data between your smartphone and laptop you can also use AirDroid. That goes then over WLAN. To do this, first install the free AirDroid app on your smartphone and then log in there with your Google account.

Then install the AirDroid client on the laptop https://srv3.airdroid.com/p20/web/getbinaryredirect?type=exe&channel=&version= Then log in there with your Google account. Now you can copy data between your smartphone and laptop.

With AirDroid you also have the option to lock the smartphone remotely if you lost it or it was stolen.
