I recommend an SSD if you have an HDD.
I recommend any i3, i5 or Ryzen processor, but please have an SSD hard drive, 8GB RAM, and as a resolution: 1920x1080.

I'm just going to start with an office / multimedia laptop. Should already be an I5 upwards or the current Ryzen. Based on personal experience, I would advise you against the I3-CPU's, they will soon run out of steam.
RAM should be enough 8GB at least 16GB are almost standard. As mentioned, an SSD should be installed anyway, but it should have at least 256GB, more. Otherwise, depending on what you do, you will soon be forced to outsource things.
