I would like to use this device only for work such as. Word excel or on the internet sometimes surf but nothing great, maximum vl. Youtube vids watch if ever! I know I get up to 300 euro no professional device but it should be pleasant to work and not hang when I excel or something work.

Under 300 euro only leasing returns (used equipment) come into question. If you had up to 400 euro available, an AMD Mobile Ryzen would be the better option. It is powerful enough to manage even larger Excel spreadsheets and has integrated graphics that are light years better than the Intel HD Graphics.

That's pretty cheap for a ThinkPad I think. Especially because the comrade has 8GB Ram.
