My hard drive has recently had an error communicating with Windows. Now I tried to reinstall Windows with a Windows installation usbstick. It loaded, but never came into the menu where you can select the language and then computer repair options or install now. After that I restarted everything and the same problem. When I removed the hard drive, the USB stick started within seconds. Now I have taken all the necessary steps and only had to select the hard drive. So I plugged in the hard drive and the laptop immediately crashed. And then it all started again.
What can I do?
Hard drive recently had a communication error for whatever reason
Did you format the plate? Checked for reading errors? These errors, as well as the immediate hardware problems when inserting the hard disk, indicate a possible defect in this hard disk. Is it an HDD or SSD? Test it with a different hard drive, if this continues to happen, there may be a problem with the laptop's SATA port.
Then the hard drive is not OK.
