So I was in the device manager and wanted to disable my laptop keyboard because I have a new one so I have my startup computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ IDConfigDB \ Hardware Profiles \ 0001 and now no one can send me any more

Go to the device manager and find your laptop keyboard there and look for drivers.

If you go back into the registry (which I advise against) then right click on the branch you want to delete and choose "export". If deleting was wrong, you just play it back.

Otherwise either try to the device manager and reinstall or search, if a recovery point is available, which is favorable for you.

Until then, choose "On-Screen Keyboard" (it's also on the welcome screen at the bottom right) and click through.
