WLAN breaks down?

Windows 10 is on my laptop and I keep getting the message "No connection to this network possible" when I want to connect to our WLAN. The drivers are up to date and I have already clicked on reset to network. It didn't bring anything. On the cell phones and other computers, everything just doesn't work with this one. When I restart the router it works for a few minutes and then goes away. It does not connect to other networks without problems, except with our WLAN. I felt I tried everything that was in the network but without success. I'm really desperate and hope that someone here knows their way around.

Is it possible that the signal strength is too weak, is the location of your laptop further away than the other laptops / PCs you tested with the stick?

Problem treatment performed?

Checked in the device manager whether the WLAN card - right mouse button here - properties - Raiter energy management - check whether there's a tick next to "Computer can switch device off", remove this.

Za

Yep, I should report to my network administrator or restart router and laptop

The troubleshooter? And the second?

Za

I removed the checkmark and still does not connect

Did you look through the power management?
Antivirus software turned off?
Have the firewall turned off for testing?
Which Wi-Fi 2,4 or 5GHz?

These are things that I would try

I had such a problem for a long time with the router, because the standard wlan ssid from the device was 5 times in my area.

I found out through the Fritz Box diagnosis.

When I changed it everything worked out.

Seems familiar, for me it was the users' network settings that I had to delete in order for it to work again.
Did you have other people's laptop with you?

I mean:

Gu

No, only my network was on it.

WLAN only worked for about 1 min then nothing worked, problem repair started or wlan controler restarted then went back 1 min.

But as I said in the router the ssid changed and resolved proplem.

Before that, I always thought it was the laptop, since everything worked with smartphones and tablets.

My answer was more to the questioner - because your answer sounded familiar to me.
Sorry, wrongly placed answer.

Gu

Often happens the other way around.

When I want to comment I often come to my own answer
