Ebay as income?

I sold a tablet on Ebay for about 111 euro. The job center now wants to settle this amount as income for me. Is that legit? I sold the tablet to buy a new laptop with the remaining money. It is also not income from a professional relationship

Ja

If the job center can prove a profitable sale, then yes.

It depends, read:

I know it under a term like asset reallocation: The tablet was yours, so it was part of your assets. You have now turned it into cash.

As I can see in the other answers, it depends on whether you recently bought the tablet for 50 euro, for example.

If you think negatively about JC, then it acts according to the motto: First try!

Unfortunately, the job center is not allowed to do that.

Link brings error code 403

What does "unfortunately" mean?

Ca

Now ;-)

I think it's a shame that the job center can't count it.

Ca

Unfortunately, this statement is not correct.

Now its okay!

va

Then correct me

Ca

If you sell something at a profit and the office can prove it to you, it is counted as income or as a standard rate.
If you buy a tablet for 100 euro, sell it straight away for 110 euro, it's income.
If you sell your old tablet and get a new one with the money, everything is ok.

va

He sold it for 111 euro, so it can be assumed that he didn't make a profit

Ca

The office is not "accepted" but checked.
Bank statements, etc.
I buy one for 85 euro and I sell it for 111 euro…

Then I hope that it will be credited to him

How does the job center know that someone has transferred you money?
