Will Win10's license remain with the sale?

I have a quick question. If I reset my notebook for sale and all data is deleted afterwards, can the buyer reactivate Win10? I didn't have to enter a key. It is a digital license. It says there that my M account was linked to a digital license. The question remains the license when selling or not? Do I just have to unlink?

If you have an online account, you should unlink your account under Devices.

So just pick it up and then reset the device to factory settings?
