Activate laptop, office?

Hi! I had my laptop repaired and the system board was replaced with a new one. But after that my laptop couldn't activate my Office account. (e.g. I can't use Teams, OneNote and Word as an app) or I can't save anything in OneNote and Word. Everything runs smoothly in the browser. As an app, however, the above works on my mobile phone, for example, so the problem is with the laptop. Everything we could do has already been tried. Does anyone have any ideas how I could solve this problem? Thank you!

PS what I forgot to mention is the office is not licensed?
