Can't reach servers via IP?

I'm trying to access a Raspberry Pi via Ip. This works wonderfully with the Windows explorer on the laptop, but it fails on my computer. On the computer I always get the message "The file \\ MY IP ADDRESS was not found". Both PC and laptop are connected to the same network / router and the properties of this connection are the same.

Moin, have you ever created a Samba server with approval?

As I said, access via laptop is not a problem. The problem is related to my PC, not the Raspberry Pi

Do you want access via Samba (file storage / NAS) or via SSH? That just confuses me a little. What is the operating system of the two devices? Did you install fail2ban and one of the devices is banned from it?
