May I take a computer with me in my suitcase?

I move to Portugal in January and would like to take as many things as possible on my outbound flight, including my desktop computer.

Cell phones and laptops are not allowed in suitcases due to the batteries installed in them, does the same count for desktop computers?

I fly with Ryanair, additional luggage I can still book.

Electronics belongs in the hand luggage

Otherwise ask the staff by e-mail or call there.

Computers are in your hand luggage.
