Hey guys I wrote a guy in facebook 5 days ago. I wrote the message on the laptop. He did not answer for a while, then I looked at the messenger app for the status of the message.
It was a hook in a white circle. I read that means that the message was somehow sent by me but has not yet arrived at him. How can that be? Nowadays you have internet everywhere and something like that? Has something ever happened to you? What can you do? This guy has to read the message! Is important
There should be people who do not have a Facebook app on their mobile phone and only look in there once a week or more on the PC. If it is important, then just call or send an SMS…

Slow down. First, the world is not about Facebook - and how should he know that this message is important? Secondly, I suspect (I know it only from Whatsapp from the same home) that the message will only be displayed as read when it reads the message in the app or on the web. If he has read the message but already in the preview on the start screen on the phone, this is not displayed because the app does not notice whether a preview was seen or not. And finally, there are other ways to convey an important message to a person. Maybe the message is not that important, at least not from the point of view of the recipient?
So now to make this "guy" down because he does not read the message is really the wrong way. (Quitting Zuckerberg's Facebook altogether would be much better, but that's another story.)
