Whenever I put my charging cable out (from the laptop) does the brightness decrease?

Can someone tell me the standard setting for mains operation and energy saving, that is, the settings that are set from the start, the problem is that when I put the charging cable off the laptop, the brightness is reduced.

There should be the button "Standard Settings" in the energy options or you can set "Maximum Performance" there for battery operation or set the display separately…
