Error when paying online on the PC?

I'm trying to pay something on the laptop and I have to enter my email for that. When I tried to enter the @ sign, it didn't respond, although it otherwise worked, but when paying I can't enter an @ at once, so it is not even possible for me to enter the email correctly.

Yes, on a page where the @ was already on it and I first had to enter the first part and then the second part behind the fixed spider monkey

Press the ALt key and enter 64 on the number pad either?
