The easiest way to download a Samsung software from Clonesoftware:

http://org.downloadcenter.samsung.com/downloadfile/ContentsFile.aspx?CDSite=UNI_SEC&CttFileID=7045396&CDCttType=SW&ModelType=N&ModelName=MZ-75E1T0&VPath=SW/201805/20180529102853876/Samsung_Data_Migration_Setup.exe&OriginYN=N

and connect the SSD via USB adapter and have the software clone your current one, then just shut down and change it, done.

You should first see if your laptop has ever an S-ATA 6.0 Gbps interface. Otherwise the SSD will work, but it will not be able to deliver its full performance.

Otherwise, you just have to get the old hard drive out, the new pure and then bootable USB stick and the operating system you want to start.

What you want to keep from the old data, of course, previously stored on a stick or na external hard drive.
