At the moment I often have to pack my iMac in the transport box and lug it around with me. Try to avoid any shock.
But is that harmful to an SSD iMac from the end of 2015? When it is switched off (of course) and moved a lot but carefully? I thought maybe only laptops can do this well…
I would be careful in cold temperatures.
I once transported my Mac in winter and then started it, then it boomed and shot the power supply.
He won't mind. No moving parts inside. It's all screwed and glued together so you don't have to worry.
Shocks are probably not that problematic. But condensation can be a problem at low temperatures. If the PC comes out of the cold, let it stand for an hour.
