GTA Online how can I register as CEO in the bunker?

I want to go to the laptop in the bunker but have to be registered as a Ceo or something and have no idea how. Can someone help me? I don't have a million dollars if that matters.

YOU open the player menu, i.e. On the PC with M or PS4 this touchpad. There you can register with Secroserv.

You can actually register as a Ceo, Vip or MC President via the interaction menu. There you have to log in normally via Secroserv
