Will my laptop manage Minecraft in any way?

1.1 GHz (up to 2.4 GHz)

Windows 10 64x

4GB ram

Intel 620 HD graphics

I guess it should work as a Twitch Stream

The 4 GB of ram worries me a little. Otherwise Minecraft runs fine for me on even better midrange settings. (i5@1.6GHZ, 8GB Ram, Intel UHD Graphics 620, WIn10 64Bit)

EDIT: You looked it up, according to Mojang, the Java Edition also runs on 4 GB of RAM.

There's also an open source variant that can be played on a Raspberry Pi - this is not a real Minecraft, but it should work.

I don't think so with the specs. But I see 2 options for you:

To be able to live with the fact that it doesn't work
Scrap the current PC (with a hammer) and then, if you have money, get a new PC that can.

Third bonus option: if you run out of money, live with the fact that you no longer have a pc at all
