My Windows laptop popular when shutting down in a loop.

I can't do anything, even pressing the switch for several seconds doesn't do anything.

So I couldn't reboot either.

Even pressing the switch for several seconds does not help.

That has to work, otherwise either the MoBo or the NT is broken. Press and hold Power for 5 seconds. If that really doesn't work, pull out the power plug and the battery. In that case, a defective Windows installation is most likely your least problem.
