Short question, since a program on my business laptop has grabbed the OTF extension and can't read a file, the question, which program does it normally use to open / read / install it?
At least I do not have the Windows board / path to the Exe in mind.

Fontforge e.g.
I wanted to know the Windows on-board resources to install them. I can't simply install an external application on it.
To do this, right-click the OTF file and then select Install. Then the OTF font is copied into the Windows font folder and is available throughout the system.
You can do the same with TTF fonts.
