Hi, i'm looking for a laptop for video editing. It shouldn't hang but run (almost) smoothly, because otherwise it is no fun to work with.
What do I have to look out for or do you know cheap laptops with which I can work well? The main thing is that it runs well and does not hang all the time.

For the price, you won't even get a decent laptop at all, let alone one for video editing. Video editing is complex and requires a lot of power, which costs. A PC would be better anyway, but the laptop should easily cost you 1000 euro.

Sorry, you can forget that.
Depending on the program, you either need a lot of CPU power or a lot of CPU and GPU power.
And both cost considerably more and a lot more than a notebook.
