You have to take a closer look because things are too small to see.
I develop software on a 10 inch display. You just have to find a setup that works for you.

Whether that's enough for you or not can't really be answered. The best solution is probably to go shopping in something like the Dödelmarkt and take a look at devices with the corresponding display sizes.
I can do it. C ++ is not dependent on the size of the screen.
