Windows 10 screenshot images not possible?

I have a DELL laptop and would like to take screenshots with the WIN (key) + print. However, there's no response and nothing is displayed in the Pictures-Screenshots folder. How do I fix it that I see my screenshots.

Saving as in the description has never worked for me, the picture is in the clipboard and I paste the picture via PainT and save it.
