GTA Online more fluid?

I have the game GTA on my laptop, but I can only play offline because it is not official. Because of the really slow hardware, the game jerky as soon as I drive around a lot, and sometimes gets stuck. Will it be better if I buy the Rockstar version because the server is performing and not my PC anymore? Or is it due to the graphics card?

No, it won't get faster.

The servers have enough to do, they won't help you with your own problems.

Is probably because of the graphics card, maybe you have none, then all the more.
