Unfortunately I have to notice my laptop when I On the on / off icon with the left mouse button kicke this does not immediately respond correctly. The icon only flashes briefly, but nothing happens. Only when 4-5 click on it reacts the laptop. Another time it works after the first click. What could that be? I did not have that before.
Has the laptop become so slow in all things, or is it just about getting it down?
The on / off icon was just an example, just like other icons. Is just not reproducible. For the simple uses I'm using, I do not feel slowed down.
It can happen that the left mouse button has been used so many times that it eventually gets a loose connection, and then does not work properly. Only solution, connect another mouse and try it out.
Is currently a Logitech Anywhere MX wireless mouse. The funny thing is that the icon gets the command already at the first click. I can see that on the Ikon because it changes shortly after the click. But still I will try another mouse. Have there one more with management. We stay on the ball.
Yes, if the mouse button is only briefly touched, the PC can't always interpret that correctly, can it be that in the wireless mouse only the battery is empty?
Batteries I changed 2 hours ago. I suspected too. But no change.
I have so many old mice lying around, there's certainly someone near you, who can provide a replacement mouse for testing. If it's a bug in the operating system, everything would be affected.
