Am I obliged to pay when I order something?

I recently called the expert and asked for a laptop (since it was not in the online shop and there was a phone call) … They said that the laptoo 800 euro would only arrive in 2 weeks… Nevertheless, I agreed and told them to order it… They then said that they would call again when he was there… No payment but all my data… Now I've discovered an offer at the media market that is 50 euro cheaper and contains a free keyboard… Well My real question is I'm obliged to pay the laptop to the Expert or I can say that I don't want the laptop anymore… Thanks for the answer in advance

If the purchase was made remotely, you have 2 weeks right of withdrawal

Okay then I should just call again and say I don't want him. P.S thanks for the quick reply

A sales contract has arisen and you have to buy the laptop. They also ordered it especially for you. To cancel now would be dishonorable. But you can:

Call and say you don't want the laptop anymore because no money because Corona or (honestly) saw it cheaper elsewhere - they may make it cheaper or cancel the deal out of goodwill.
Be a **** hole and just stop reporting. It is difficult to prove an oral sales contract. This can solve the problem and you will never hear from them again, or you will get less nice mail sooner or later.

You can withdraw within 2 weeks.
My recommendation, whistle on the 50 euro. If the laptop is causing problems, you can get advice from an expert store near you.

At Media Markt you have to go there and the fuel costs alone will soon exceed 50 euro.

You have certainly received an order confirmation. This should then also be accompanied by the terms and conditions. It describes how you can withdraw your consent. For some by telephone, for others with a cancellation form.
