Show SD card content on the mobile phone?

I have some videos on an SD card and I would like to watch them. But don't have a laptop or something like that to look at it there. And my cell phone already has an SD card as storage space and I don't want to remove it because otherwise I might lose apps or data. Or will that be retained? If not, what other options are there to view the contents of the SD card?

You won't lose any of your data if you pull out the card.
