Corel Painter 2019 hangs?

Does anyone know of this problem?

From some days when I use the program there are no problems on others. After a certain time, the program went on strike, no more commands were executed, the laptop stopped responding, and that didn't change over time, but unfortunately had to stall.

Is it perhaps because my laptop with 2.3 GHz processor speed is too slow or what else can it be?

Besides, I have no other program open.

How much RAM do you have? There should be at least 8, and if possible work with SSD

I'll have a look. Should it be less than 8 RAM then is it simply that the laptop is too slow and that it is not a program error?

I don't know, I only know that Corel Draw often hung up with my old laptop. You can ask Corel, they are always very nice when chatting.
