Dlan is completely crazy can someone

I have been using the dlan module Devolo 500 dou for about 1 year and upgraded to a Wi-Fi module 2 months ago, although it comes from another company (TP Link AV 500 Wi-Fi) actually there were no problems at least until a few hours ago I started playing at noon today, everything was normal and suddenly everything crashed, which actually happens quite often, but when I tried to "activate" the Dlan again nothing worked, I tried again with the old Dlan module ( So the actual counterpart of my main plug) but did not work there was no software CD and I also have no way to access a socket because I have neither a PC nor a laptop can someone please tell me how I can fix the problem? Both plugs glow green, which unfortunately can't be recognized by the flashing light - the upper main plug, the lower plug in my room

I also had the upper one for a while, but then unfortunately it gave up the ghost, which may well be the case with you lights up but constantly loses the connection the other thing is that things don't like multiple sockets and no other plugs in this one
Otherwise they are very susceptible to interference, so if something new was plugged in somewhere that could be enough
