What would you recommend me if I need a device that I don't play with that much? So more like games like: Csgo, Garys Mod, Among us etc., so more games that don't need that much power.

My budget is 300 euro but I can increase it by a maximum of 100 euro.

For a PC I already have a monitor, mouse, etc.

So what would you recommend to me?

If you don't need a laptop for traveling etc., buying a laptop is totally pointless. With a PC you get a lot more performance for the same price.
