Laptop as a wireless router with Radius authentication?

I'd like to share my laptop's internet connection for testing but with username and password.

I do not want to solve the whole thing via a web interface - you should be able to enter the username and password directly when connecting.

The evaluation of username and password I would like to write myself.

It does not necessarily have to be a Radius authentication if it meets the mentioned points. This is just the term I've read so far in the context.

Can you give me any tools / Apis / frameworks or similar? Recommend with which I can solve this or something similar? I have found little on the subject so far.

If necessary, I also have other Wi-Fi enabled Win / Linux / Android devices if that helps.

I honestly do not know what to think of the site.
- Several unused links
- Unclean, partly random pictures
- No documentation about what is offered
- And to call that the most famous server in the world…
- apparently no https

Maybe the website is just unfinished, but I think I'd better not download anything.
