A portable freeware for timed backup with throttling of transfer rates?

The title actually says so. I need to backup larger files by 100 GB, but I do not want to completely block my laptop and the network drive. So is there any portable software that can secure larger amounts of data at a controlled data rate?

Robocopy seems to be able to do that. But would like to have something with GUI, which does not have to be installed.

For advice, I would be very grateful.
