Notebook microphone doesn't work as soon as I plug in my speakers via aux?

The problem is actually pretty well summarized in the title. As soon as I unplug the speakers, the microphone works again. Do you have solutions?

If you have Windows 10, take a look at the sound settings.

The "normal" jack plug that you find on your speakers has three contacts. (Three-pin connector)

But your laptop has a four-pin connector.
In addition to a speaker, microphones can also be connected here. (With a cable)

And your laptop takes the three-pin plug as a four-pin and deactivates the microphone on the laptop because it thinks another is connected.
