WLAN Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n / WLAN-ac / Wi-Fi 5)?

I have the FRITZ! Bought WLAN USB Stick AC 860 because my internal WLAN adapter is defective. Connected to USB 3.0.
I connect to my Fritz! Box 6591.
Now my question, since I'm only superficially familiar with all the protocols.

The Fritzbox shows me the following:
ac / Wi-Fi 5, 80 MHz, WPA2, 2 x 2

On the PC, the following is shown to me in the properties of the WLAN connection:
Protocol Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n)

Wi-Fi 5 is probably faster than Wi-Fi 4, but why do I see different things?

Am registered in the 5 Ghz area with WPA2.

Wi-Fi 5 is probably faster than Wi-Fi 4,

Wi-Fi 5 can offer a higher data rate than Wi-Fi 4, but does not have to. Wi-Fi 5 also has a shorter range because it works exclusively on 5 GHz.

Indeed, it is strange that both sides are displaying different things; what frequency band or channel is the pc showing?

According to the https://assets.avm.de/files/docs/fritzwlan/fritzwlan-stick-ac-860/fritzwlan-stick-ac-860_man_de_DE.pdf, this must be connected to a USB 3.0 or 3.1 port so that the maximum data rates can be achieved. For several years now, USB ports on the mainboard have been color-coded. USB 2.0 is black in most cases; 3.0 or 3.1 or higher are almost always marked in blue (sometimes different colors). Plug the WLAN stick into a blue USB port and, if possible, directly to the computer (without a distributor, hub, etc.)

However, I'm surprised that your router shows a different connection, since the products are from the same manufacturer. That should actually be right.

How fast is the connection? Maybe you can tell who is "right". Your computer may not even know about the new WLAN protocols.
