Laptop bad but xbox?

I have a bad laptop (dual core 2.4 ghz, geforce gt540m, 8 gb ram) on which I play csgo and play at 40-60 fps at low settings. Since there's no csgo on xbox, is it possible to play on my laptop but use the CPU and GPU and RAM of the xbox one s to play on my laptop?
