Windows 10 Not connected, no connections available?

I have the problem for some days that my laptop can no longer connect to the WLAN or that no connections are available. It has always worked before and has suddenly stopped working from one day to the other. Wi-Fi is intact as it works on all other devices in my home. There are no connection options displayed and troubleshooting Windows did not work either.

No, flight mode is disabled. It just stands there that no connections are available and an icon with a red X.
