For a "blatant laptop" you are with 1500 here. I would not spend less than the 500 in the link, otherwise you have to compromise hard.
With a laptop you can't even play GTA V on medium. Not too low. At least 1000 euro you have to spend there already. Then prefer directly a compact PC self-built for 500 euro or so.
