Moin, I was just about to open a project file on my PC to play it on the Launchpad. Since I don't have speakers for the PC, I connected a jukebox via an aux cable. Only now there's no sound.
When I did it on my laptop, it worked. Then I connected the box and suddenly there was no more sound…
Then you have to go into the preferences and select the correct audio driver.
I had already tried them all. Unfortunately none of them worked

If you connect the music box to the normal aux output of the PC, the driver of the laptop sound card must be selected in the preferences.

After opening Ableton you have to go to the preferences within the program. There you have to select the audio driver of your sound card and your sound card.
I had already tried everything. The test tone, which you can activate below, also works (so I hear the tone through the box) but as soon as I try to press something on the launchpad, there's no sound
Is the launchpad set up as a midi input device and mapped to the correct function?
And does it work if you click with the mouse on the corresponding clip that you want to start?
