I forgot my code and can't log into the laptop. How do I get back to troubleshooting, and what were the commands again?

Log in as admin and change the password.

You can also try Konboot

just burn it to a CD and start the PC.

You can then log in without a password and reset the password.

Read out serial number.

Then call Microsoft.
