My old account (Windows 10) is no longer there and I can't log in anymore?

Have created a new local account today and have also set it as an administrator. However, I wanted to return to my old account, where all my files are and so but I can't log in to my old account anymore. I do not think so either and it is not shown to me anywhere. I looked up users under C and found my old account where but not all files draufwaren because I have stored many things on the laptop but now I'm no longer ran to the data.
