I've been trying to log in to my two Instagram accounts for a long time, but it doesn't work for either one or the other. Once I managed to log in to one of the accounts, but since it was strangely the wrong account, I wanted to log out and keep trying to get into the other one. The one account I actually wanted to get into first is that I'm not connected to the Internet, although everything else works perfectly. For the other account that I accidentally went in first and logged out of, it always says: "This user name could not be assigned to an account" I entered the user name again. I tried to connect to the internet again and again with the other account, but that didn't work either.
Does anyone know what could be the reason that I can't log in to any account on the laptop and why both accounts supposedly have different reasons? Would be very grateful if someone told me why and how to fix it.
The only thing that occurs to me is that you have any special characters in your user name that look (almost) the same on the computer, but are actually different. Then it may not work.
