Images from SD card are always imported automatically?

I have a problem with Windows 10. When I connect a new medium to the laptop, for example my SD card, a window always opens immediately and the program automatically loads all the pictures and tries the pictures without me doing anything to import to my laptop. I would like to switch this off and instead be able to reset the usual little window that appears when you have a new medium. In the usual window the options open folder, show pictures, import pictures etc. Were possible as options. This is no longer displayed at all. Can someone tell me how I can undo this or turn off the automatic import?
