How to transfer pictures from Windows laptop to iPhone 6s plus?

I have recently imported images and videos from my iPhone on my asus laptop and onto a USB stick and that worked out really well!

Now I want to import these pictures and videos on my iPhone and I've been trying for 2 days and it just does not work! I have tried it with iTunes, but there are only duplicated images and if I try it with iCloud, synonymous is that the images are duplicated. I have downloaded 1000 apps for it, all unnecessary, because there's no app that really works!

What I'd like to mention is that there's an extra "photos" app on my laptop, and that's all my pictures and videos on it, but Pictures on Pictures are not all pictures on it and some of them are not displayed and probably "broken." ". The app photos was already on my PC, is an app of Windows.

Can you please tell me how to import images back to my iPhone without having to duplicate them? Or do you know if I can go somewhere and just let it happen?

I've already tried it did not work out.

Either with PhotoSync (http://photosync-app.com - free for PC, 3-4 euro for iOS). After the transfer, the photos are quite normal in the photo app under shots to find.

Or you can do it via iTunes:

1. Create a new folder on the PC

2. Copy desired photos purely

3. Launch iTunes and connect iPhone

4. In iTunes, under Photos, select the folder from item 1

5. Synchronize and done

All photos are now on the iPhone in an album of photos app (name is equal to the folder of item 1). However, you can't delete or move them there.

You have to do that again on the PC and then resynchronize. This is awkward and more worthwhile for photos that you always want to have with you.
