Have the following problem, I got a laptop as a gift but some keys give out other characters than those on it, for example, comes with the exclamation point + or @ only works with ALtGr and the 2.
How can I reset it to normal mode?
Then the keyboard is probably not on German layout. This can be changed in the region settings. Depends on which operating system you have.
Seats in Switzerland and changed the region settings to Germany and restarted the laptop but nothing has changed.
